"A Bee in my Bonnet"

This cake was created for a bridal shower. The bottom cake is iced in buttercream frosting. The top "hat" cake is covered in fondant. The brim and decorations are also made of fondant. The cake is a delicious lemon poppyseed cake.

Build-A-Bear

What a perfect theme for a girl's birthday! This Build-A-Bear cake was created for a child's birthday. The sides reflect the "steps" it takes to build a bear at the Build-A-Bear store. The two layer cake is iced in buttercream and covered with fondant buttons and decorations.
